With an insurance background solidly based upon his years of retail insurance experience as President of Southern Insurance Agency Inc., Robert Wells founded First Flight Insurance Group, Inc. in September 1996 to provide independent retail agents and wholesale brokers with a viable and competitive insurance market for safety conscious air, aquatic, and land recreational operations.

Today, our commitment to excellence and extensive knowledge of difficult-to-place risk has led us to aligning our focus to serve the growing hospitality management sector.
